RESULTS OF 2009 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Adelaide, Australia, 8 December 2009 – Ellex Medical Lasers Limited (ASX:ELX), a global leader in the design and manufacture of ophthalmic laser and ultrasound systems, is pleased to announce the results of resolutions put to the 2009 Annual General Meeting.
